Theme: The Art of Being Contemporary

This year we are in Istanbul for the 15th edition of Communicating the Museum. To celebrate the culture and heritage of this exhilarating city, each day of CTM15 will take place in a different venue. From the first churches of Constantinople to a world-renowned military museum and cutting-edge contemporary art galleries, we’ll be creating dialogues between the past and the present, between the city and its culture.

The 2015 edition also features our most stimulating social programme to date, with exclusive, after-hours tours of Byzantine basilica Hagia Sophia and the historic Topkapi Palace, as well as a visit to the Istanbul Biennial and artists’ studios across the city.
