The current world is experiencing complex political situations that have driven and, at the same time, obstructed the mobility of the inhabitants of one country to another. The National Encounter of the Performing Arts (ENARTES), in its tenth edition 2018, will promote, through a Colloquium, a reflection on the influence and consequences that this situation has on the mobility of the performing arts, as well as the instruments of what artists do to face it, in particular its articulation in national and international networks, and its relationship with multiculturalism, social and community development, and the children and youth sectors.

The Colloquium Building bridges, crossing borders is developed in collaboration with the International Federation of Arts Councils and Cultural Agencies (IFACCA).

From October 27 to 31, lectures will be given, and round tables and workshops will be organized with participants from four continents, who will share their experiences and proposals, as well as reflect on what is being lived and what is to be done in the field of performing arts.
