The objective of the seminar is to explore the relation between urban strategic planning and local policies for culture. The events will includepresentations of outstanding experiences by Ibero-American Cities and the participation of international experts. The provisional programme is available in Spanish, which will be the working language of the seminar.

The seminar organisers can provide the travelling and accommodation costs of a small number of members of our Committee on culture of UCLG. Interested parties need to apply by of 22:00 GMT on 29 February 2008.
