The Arts Council of Ireland has published its Action Plan for 2004 online. The Arts Council’s Action Plan 2004 was adopted by Council last December and forms the basis of the Council’s work for the year. Its structure follows the Arts Plan six core objectives, a set of artform perspectives on each of these, and in each case a series of strategies and actions to realise the objectives.
