Promoting the intercultural dialogue in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) fosters respect for the history and traditions of the peoples, Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee, CIS Executive Secretary Sergey Lebedev said when speaking at a meeting of the Council for Cultural Cooperation, which is running in Sochi (Krasnaya Polyana) on 27-28 October.
