Citizens of any of the 51 ASEM member countries of Asia and Europe, aged 18-30 years, are invited to apply for the 3rd ASEF Young Leaders Summit (ASEFYLS3) to be held in Brussels 15-19 October on the theme of Ethical Leadership.
