Pacific Community (SPC) would like to invite interested Consultants to submit a proposal to be considered for appointment for the Review of the Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture (FestPAC) Model.

All proposals should reach SPC on or before 17th February 2021 no later than by 4pm (Fiji time).
