La incubadora RUTEALC, promovida por la OEI y la empresa Trivium, entra en su segunda fase con el programa Emprendimiento. El programa está dirigido a entidades de economía social, personas emprendedoras y pequeñas empresas que deseen crear o mejorar un servicio o producto vinculado a una Ruta Cultural de Iberoamérica en diferentes sectores: entre ellas el comercio, artesanía, artes vivas, patrimonio, viajes, música, etnografía, restauración, alojamiento, artes escénicas y turismo. Las candidaturas deben presentar una solicitud antes del 20 de julio.
