Este martes 27 de junio comienzan a llegar a Matanzas, Cuba, los y las participantes del 3º Congreso de Culturas Vivas Comunitarias de Mesoamérica y el Caribe. El evento, que se llevará a cabo del 28 de junio al 3 de julio, es promovido por la Red de Culturas Vivas Comunitarias de Mesoamérica y el Caribe (Red MECA) y cuenta en su programación con siete círculos de la palabra, talleres, recorridos y presentaciones artísticas, entre otras actividades.
