Tanazania's arts and entertainment industry is set to experience a major transformation with the National Arts Council of Tanzania (Basata) introducing new amendments to its 2018 regulations.

The changes are expected to ease the burden on the organizers of events, particularly those hosting festivals or inviting foreign artistes for cultural and educational exchanges.
