Bielsko-Biała is the first city to receive the title of Polish Capital of Culture. The grand inauguration of year-round artistic and educational events will take place on 17 January, and the programme includes: performative activities in the urban space, dance processions with live music, a spectacular concert in front of the Town Hall with the participation of Polish stage stars and a gala in Cavatina Hall.
