The Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, the Honourable Olivia Grange, on behalf of the Government of Jamaica today signed the Instrument of Ratification for the Unesco 1970 Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property.
