In 2026, the Ministry of Culture will focus on young cultural talents starting their careers. The principles of awarding state cultural scholarships will be changed and a pilot project will be launched in cooperation with the field of visual arts, the aim of which is to help artists move more successfully into creative life after their studies and strengthen their opportunities to work in the professional field of art.
