During a second-half business report held on the 5th at the Cheong Wa Dae state guest house, the ministry announced six key tasks, including this initiative. It plans to establish a basic income model for artists by the end of this year, detailing payment targets, scale, and methods through research projects. The goal is to strengthen the foundation of a culturally powerful nation by supporting a stable creative environment for artists.
