On 14–15 August, the ministers of culture and high-ranking officials of the European Union gathered in Oulu, Finland, to discuss the European Union's cultural work plan for the coming years and the priorities of the countries in cultural policy. Estonia was represented at the meeting by Eili Lepik, Deputy Secretary General for Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture, who will talk about the discussions in more detail.
