The Project Exchange is an annual event that brings together cultural animators, community practitioners, and cultural professionals to exchange experiences, present inspiring projects, and discuss innovative approaches to community-based cultural animation. This year's edition is particularly significant, as it celebrates the event's anniversary and, for the first time, includes an international dimension.

As part of this year's programme, we are inviting participants from across Europe and beyond to join the event. All conference sessions will be accompanied by simultaneous English interpretation, making the programme fully accessible to international guests.

Participation in the conference is free of charge. Participants will have the opportunity to:

• discover inspiring community-based cultural projects from across Poland;
• take part in workshops, networking activities, and discussions with cultural practitioners from Poland and across Europe;
• join a curated study visit showcasing local cultural initiatives in Bielsko-Biała;
• meet representatives of the City of Bielsko-Biała and learn about the Polish Capital of Culture programme.

The conference will take place on 14-16 October 2026 in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.
