The Member Hub is IFACCA’s knowledge and evidence platform for Members, built upon IFACCA’s framework for collecting and presenting cultural policy and institutional information.
As part of our 2021-2026 Strategy, we are committed to developing knowledge on the policies, governance, operations and resources of public agencies that support arts and culture worldwide. This knowledge is essential for IFACCA’s Members who wish to understand the methods used by others, set benchmarks, and evaluate or change the operations of their institution. This is why we established the Member Hub, IFACCA’s exclusive information platform for Members, which offers data and evidence on the contexts and operational methods of IFACCA’s National Members worldwide.
The Member Hub is a bespoke platform that:
- Provides a secure self-service space for IFACCA Members
- Includes online institutional profiles for National Members of the Federation, each featuring a resource library and time series data presented via interactive dashboards. Much of this information, not publicly available, is gathered and processed by the IFACCA Secretariat in collaboration with each National Member
- Is built and managed entirely in-house by the IFACCA Secretariat
- Offers resources and insights into shared areas of work, along with aggregate analysis for Members
The Member Hub is based on IFACCA’s consistent framework for producing and presenting cultural policy and institutional information. It follows flexible methodologies to build institutional profiles while assisting public agencies in documenting their work, along with generating and visualising relevant data. Member Hub’s framework and methodologies were developed by IFACCA through an analysis of Members’ needs and identified gaps in existing data and knowledge within the broader cultural policy domain.
The Member Hub is exclusively accessible to IFACCA Members. For further information, please reach out to us at [email protected].
