2nd Pan-African Cultural Festival

The 2nd Pan-African Cultural Festival hopes to draw hundreds of thousands of people to celebrate Africa's artistic renaissance. Algeria, commissioned by the African Union (AU) to organize this festival under the banner of "African renaissance", has already received confirmation of participation from 44 countries on the 53 AU members, said Algerian Minister of Culture Khalida Toumi at a press conference in Algiers.
