With the overall theme 'Culture is more – World Culture reflected in European Cities', the 2nd World Culture Forum / European Congress will take place in Dresden on 8-10 October 2009.

Initiated by the Forum Tiberius – International Forum for Culture and Economics, the organisers aim to help the general public document and establish the existential significance of culture for a better global community. In this respect, the Congress will show a wide spectrum of cultures using the example of selected European cities as a kind of mirror, both from a historical perspective and with a view to the future.
