3C 4 Incubators – Culture, Creative and Clusters for Incubators project started in July 2013. The partnership is merging results from four prior projects (SOSTENUTO, 2InSClusters, I.C.E. and Creative Growth financed by the MED Programme and by INTERREG IVC Programme) and as the overall objective aims at promoting the cultural and creative sector as a factor for territorial development, along with social and economic innovation.

On the 6th November the project partners are organizing the Final conference titled How to Enhance Your Creativity?, where the project results will be presented through thematic roundtable discussions: Business Model Reinforcement, Networking Setup and Institution Attraction.

The speakers invited are high profile professionals and representatives of institutions dealing with the cultural and creative industries sectors, among which Lidia Ravera (Councillor for Culture, Youth Policies - Lazio Region), David Furmage (Cluster 2020 – Accelerator of creative enterprises), Giordano Dichter (European network of business and innovation centres), Jordi Pascual (United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) - Culture Committee), Dario Parravicini (Province of Milan, partner of the European Creative Industries Alliance Platform), Miriam Cipriani (Regional Director for Culture and Youth Policies, Lazio Region), Nuno Vaz Silva (JTS  MED  Programme), Ferdinand Richard (A.M.I. - Aide aux Musiques Innovatrices), Vittorio Simoncelli (Sviluppo Basilicata), Ana Isa Coelho (CIMAC - Comunidade Intermunicipal do Alentejo Central) and others.
