The Summit will address how globalisation, shifts in social and economic development and new forms of communication are generating an array of challenges and opportunities within the cultural field, with an impact transcending the artistic realm.

Over 400 arts policy makers, government representatives, arts managers and cultural practitioners from around the world will gather to participate in a rich programme of debate, learning and information exchange.

The Summit will be co-hosted by IFACCA and the Chilean National Council for Culture and the Arts (CNCA)
