The 9th Caribbean Festival of Arts (CARIFESTA) will be held in Trinidad and Tobago, September 22-October 1. This will feature visual and performing arts, community festivals, book fair, film festival, signal events, fashion, craft and a Grand Market. Artists and governments from over 20 countries in the Caribbean and Latin America will participate.
