At only one place in the world -- outside of the Mariana Islands -- is there a major annual festival dedicated to the Chamorro culture. It's the Chamorro Cultural Fest in San Diego, home of the largest population of Chamorros abroad.

The event is put on by the Chamorro Hands in Education Links Unity organization, known as CHE'LU, which means sibling in Chamorro.
