The course gives a wide, complete, and step-by-step panorama for an effective development of your cultural project. These are the eight units that make up the course: idea and project; key questions; organisation; target public; equipment; material, intellectual, human and financial resources; planning; costs and budget; production, financial and communicational cycles; partnerships and networks; specialized administration, planning and control tools.

This intensive course, taught in Spanish, consists of four sessions every Tuesday from 19:00 to 22:00, beginning on Tuesday 29 May 2012. The course is taught at Galeria NES – Zona 54, Piedras 182, Buenos Aires, costs $ 400 Argentinean Pesos and it is possible to register online.
