Promoted by ADDICT, Creative Portugal is back with its third edition and the promise to be a privileged space for people and ideas to be exchanged and for the promotion of creativity as a driving force for social and economic development of territories.

In 2012, ADDICT wants to celebrate the theme “Creative Places”, which will be present in all of the activities of this year’s programme. We want to focus in the present and future of cities, promoting new models of participation and collaboration, boosting renewed strategies to approach the impacts and opportunities of globalization and the financial crisis.

This year our challenge is to turn the participants into active agents in the process of sharing information, discussing ideas and reflection on new solutions. Therefore, we added two additional initiatives to the regular annual conferences.
