Cultural Portals: challenges and best practices

Culture.ca, in conjunction with the Department of Canadian Heritage, announces the Culture.mondo Roundtable at Expo 2005 in Aichi, Japan.
The Roundtable on Cultural Portals: challenges and best practices [presented in partnership with: Culuurnet Vlaanderen, 24 Hour Museum, Culurenet Sweden, Culture.fr, and Australian Museums and Galleries On Line], will concentrate on different aspects of issues concerning the challenges and good practices shared by cultural portals through out the world.
Additionally, presentations, panels and discussions
will touch on: results from the international Culture.mondo survey of cultural portals, partnerships, marketing, and advertisement for cultural portals.
Culture.mondo is part of a larger Cultural New Media Week at the Expo's Canada Pavilion. Culture.mondo Roundtable participants are also invited to attend other Cultural New Media Week events.
The Roundtable will be held from June 7-8, 2005, with sessions and working groups at the Pavilion.
