Culture Management and the Question of Values in a Shifting Landscape 2005 is the 13th annual conference of ENCATC (European Network of Cultural Administration Training Centres), held from 2-5 June, in Potsdam, Germany. The overall aim of the conference is to enable cultural managers of the future to establish links, exchange opinions, share experiences and network with peers.
