Culture Management and the Question of Values in a Shifting Landscape 2005 is the 13th annual conference of ENCATC (European Network of Cultural Administration Training Centres), held from 2-5 June, in Potsdam, Germany.
The overall aim of the conference is to enable cultural managers of the future to establish links, exchange opinions, share experiences and network with peers.
Proceedings are designed to foster dialogue and cooperation between cultural management students, teachers, researchers and experts from all over Europe.
