Dialogues and Differences in Arts Education Conference 2007
Co-hosted by University of Sydney,
23 November 2007 – 24 November 2007, Australia
The 3rd annual conference will continue conversations about the important place of the arts in education. In the past the notion of integration across the arts has led to tokenistic or trivial responses to the authentic connections that can empower learners and lead to new research possibilities. All disciplines are welcome: Dance, Literature, Media, Music, Drama, Theatre, Visual Arts, Arts Advocacy, and Interdisciplinary. For more, see the conference's website: http://www.proflearn.edsw.usyd.edu.au/teachers/2007/dialogues_differences_arts_education.shtml
