Este proyecto reunió a una veintena de universidades y centros de investigación a ambos lados del atlántico con el objetivo de “poner en foco la dimensión cultural, científica y social de las relaciones UE-CELAC, con vistas a determinar las sinergias y la fertilización cruzada, así como la identificación de asimetrías en las relaciones bilaterales y birregionales”. El proyecto, que comenzó en 2016 y finaliza a fin de este año está financiado por el Programa Horizon2020. Los primeros resultados en materia cultural serán serán presentados por Lluís Bonet (U. de Barcelona) y Héctor Schargorodsky (U. de Buenos Aires) el 10 de septiembre en la ciudad de Mar del Plata y el 12 de septiembre en Buenos Aires (Argentina).
