What are the consequences of the financial crisis on the cultural sector? Which strategies do cultural organisations forecast to survive when European and national subsidies are being cut? What are the keys to success and challenges? And which new business and governance models are necessary in this new changing environment? This policy debate will be a prime opportunity for ENCATC members, academics, researchers, cultural operators, policy makers, and students to reflect on these questions and take a closer look at some inspiring examples of business and governance models that will certainly inspire our organisations and daily work.
