The Ministry of Culture and the National Directorate of Books inform that the 2nd installment of the International Book Fair will be held on 11, 12 and 13 December at the Municipal Palace of Delmas on the theme "Sharing knowledge to change the world." The guest of honor this year will be Haitian writer Michel Soukar.
