The Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore: Seventh Session will take place from November 1 - November 5, 2004 in Geneva, Switzerland. The Committee will continue its work based on the renewed mandate established by the General Assembly, and will prepare policy objectives and principles for the protection of traditional knowledge and folklore, as well as the interim report requested by the General Assembly for its consideration at its next session.
