International VSA Arts Festival 2004

The 2004 International VSA Arts Festival is a four-day extravaganza of creativity by artists with disabilities held every five years at select cities around the globe, such as Los Angeles and Brussels.
The festival showcases cutting-edge visual and performing art from around the world. Festival-goers will have the chance to witness creativity in progress, participate in an infusion of cultures, and learn about innovations in art education.
The 2004 festival will include:
- Ceremonies, performances and exhibits at the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts
- Visual and performance arts at Union Station
- Master artist workshops and demonstrations at The Smithsonian Institution
- Festival artwork at the Millennium Arts Center
The 2004 VSA Arts Festival is presented by VSA arts; an international nonprofit organisation providing opportunities in the arts for people with disabilities.
