In times of economic difficulties and of rapid change, Collaborating to Compete will demonstrate how museums and galleries can create opportunities for significant and dynamic change. The conference offers a packed programme of speakers and breakout sessions that highlight inspirational examples of best practice in the 21st century. The programme pivots around three central themes: new partnerships; sustainability and entrepreneurship.
