Museum professionals across England can now apply to join the third edition of the Black Country Living Museum’s Resilient Leadership programme.

This year-long course aims to equip established and emerging leaders from the museum and heritage sector with entrepreneurial and leadership skills for the future.

The Museum is looking for professionals working in museums and cultural organisations who are passionately curious about developing their leadership skills.

The programme is fully funded by the Arts Council and is open to applications until Monday 29 February 2016.

Highlights include an overseas visit, professional mentoring, eight workshops, two residential retreats in North Yorkshire and the opportunity to network with professionals from across England.

Describing the programme and its impact of the last few years the programme’s Co-Director Stephen Feber and Black Country Living Museum’s CEO Andrew Lovett said:
