No Boundaries provides a new model for generating discussion amongst arts and culture’s leaders and innovators to help find positive approaches to influence change and support growth in sector. Organisers are encouraging delegates to submit ideas for debate before the conference, to self organise discussions during the conference alongside the formal programme, and to feed ideas back into the conference as it takes place.
