PHILIPPINE CULTURE AND VALUES

The course presents approaches to an in-depth analysis and understanding of the world views, values, patterns of behavior and communication, and expressive forms of various Philippine cultures, particularly their roots in indigenous knowledge systems, skills and practices.
The issues of cultural identity, similarities and differences, and continuity and change will be explored, especially for their implications for cultural education, awareness and literacy.
