The 2nd European Project Fair of the European Network of Cultural Centres (ENCC) offers among other things an interchange of experiences and good practices in cross-border projects in Europe, in public funding of cultural centers and in Europe-wide staff exchange programmes as well as debates on European cultural policy and the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue 2008.
