The World Summit on the Arts and Culture is a biennial event intended to provide national arts councils, ministries and others with an opportunity to discuss key issues affecting public support for the arts and creativity. Members and Affiliates will be invited to participate. The Federation's General Assembly will coincide with the Summit. The second World Summit will be staged in Singapore on 23 - 26 November 2003.
