The organisers invite all those who are interested in artistic creation and social inclusion to send a resume of the speech they would like to present within the framework of this Meeting. Specifically, invitations are extended to:

Experts in cultural management and cultural policies who propose a theoretical speech on intercultural dialogue or cultural policies.

People in charge of civic parades, associations and municipalities.

Artistic and technical groups, which produce or seek to take part in these parades. For the year 2006 we propose the topic: “cultural parades of the citizens”, a formula which marks from now on the festival calendar of Brussels, Lyon, Belfast, Saragossa and others, which gives a creative response to the social and cultural moment of our continent.
