The next meeting of the Committee on culture will take place in the afternoon of 28th November 2008. The meeting will take place in Istanbul, in the framework of the World Council of United Cities and Local Governments. The agenda of the meeting will be approved as soon as possible and complete information will immediately follow with a Circular.
