The NTTS (New Techniques and Technologies for Statistics) seminar is an international scientific conference on the impact of new technologies on statistical collection, production and dissemination systems.

Knowing that many of you are attending this event ENCATC (European Network Of Cultural Administration Training Centres) is organising, in the morning of the 18 of February from 9h30 till 12h30 in Brussels, the first meeting for 2009 of the working group on cultural observatories. The aim of this meeting is to present you the informations about recent statistics on cultural data thanks to the presence of EU representatives as well as experts in cultural statistics domain.
