Este Seminario, organizado por el Consejo Nacional de la Cultura y las Artes de Chile, tuvo lugar en Santiago de Chile los días 29 y 30 de octubre. La FICAAC presentó, como parte del panel Cooperación Internacional y Educación Artística, el reporte Acciones de la Federación Internacional de Consejos de Artes y Agencias Culturales –FICAAC– en Educación Artística, en el que se resumen los hallazgos y conclusiones de The Wow Factor y se presentan otros proyectos actuales en la materia.
