Backed by National Lottery funding, the Major Productions Fund offers grants of between £100,000 and £300,000 to enable ambitious, large-scale live productions that would not be possible without significant investment.
Launched in 2025 in response to feedback from the arts sector, the fund is designed to give experienced organisations the opportunity to raise the scale of their creative ambition – developing exceptional theatre, dance and musical theatre that can reach significant audiences in Wales and potentially beyond.
