Togo hosts 5th ECOWAS Ministers of Culture meeting

The Culture Ministers of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) will meet on 29 and 30 January 2015 in Lom, Togo, for their 5th regular meeting to discuss some key documents of the Communitys programmes and cultural events.
