Haiti is currently the cultural capital of the Caribbean

Prime Minister Evans, accompanied by the Ministers of Culture Dithny Joan Raton, and Stéphanie Balmir Villedrouin, from the Tourism and Creative Industries, honored the various delegations present in Haiti for the 12th edition the Caribbean Festival of arts (Carifesta XII), held from 21 to 30 August.
