El encuentro desarrollado en la Biblioteca Nacional de Malabo el día 6 de noviembre ha estado presidido por el titular del Departamento, Rufino Ndong Esono Nchama. En él se han abordado temas relativos a la puesta en marcha de dos museos, uno en Mongomo y otro en Malabo.
