In connection with the continuing nationwide ban on the organization of public cultural events due to the spread of coronavirus, I issue guidelines for beneficiaries and applicants from the Arts Support Fund (FPU), which should help to better manage the emergency situation. For the sake of clarity, this document summarizes, supplements and replaces all existing guidelines issued on this situation.
