On recommendation from the cabinet, President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has announced the formulation of a masterplan, in accordance with regional best practices, on the application of artificial intelligence for economic advantage. The masterplan consists of risk management in utilising AI and the design of a legal framework on AI technology.
