The AMCA meetings serve as a platform for promoting cultural collaboration and understanding among ASEAN Member States and their Dialogue Partners. This biennial Meeting brings together ASEAN Member States and its Dialogue Partners, namely the People's Republic of China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea, to strengthen cultural ties and cooperation in the arts across the region.
